This is a professional program that provides students with unparalleled experience. FOLKDOCS+ began as student projects with a much smaller budget. Professor Miriam invited former student and multiple regional Emmy Award winner, Jeremiah Ysip, to accompany the student group to document the Philippines project in January 2020.
